Gwilherm De Cerval

Gwilherm de Cerval began his career as a sommelier at the Hotel Ritz Paris, then at the Relais Louis XIII restaurant before joining the Hotel Royal Monceau Raffles Paris when it reopened in 2010. Working alongside François-Régis Gaudry since 2017, he writes the wine column on the Paris Première channel on the Paris Première channel on the program “Très Très Bon” and participates in the various books “On Va Déguster”. In 2019, he received the “" Curnonsky Prize "” from his peers for his book “" Le Petit Livre du Sommelier "” by Editions Marabout and released his board game in 2021: “" Le Petit Quiz du Sommelier "”.
